School Induction Program 

 15th November 2023 -21st November 2023

As part of our School Induction Program, our group, Patanapuram, from Mount Tabor Training College, had the opportunity to visit nearby Mounted Harbor High School. This program, which started on 15th November, provided us with a valuable experience in understanding the school environment, teaching methodologies, and student interactions.


During our visit, we gained a comprehensive understanding of Fair goal of education Teaching Methods, which emphasize experiential and nature-based learning. Observing these methods in practice allowed us to see how environmental awareness is integrated into the curriculum, encouraging students to engage with real-world applications of their lessons.


Through classroom observations, teacher interactions, and student engagement, we were able to connect theoretical knowledge from our training with practical teaching scenarios. This experience not only deepened our insight into effective pedagogy but also reinforced the importance of adapting teaching strategies to enhance student learning. The School Induction Program served as an essential stepping stone in our journey as future educators, preparing us for more immersive teaching experiences ahead.

TWO WEEK JOURNEY 29/07/2024 to 09/08/2024  It's been two weeks since I  started my teaching practice at Mount Tabor Girls High School , Pathanapuram .We joined MTGHS on 29th of July.
